Surf- Beginner Class - Action Sports Maui

Product: Beginner Surf Lesson
Description: Learn surfing with simple instructions
and easy to ride "Long Boards." Certified Instructors
are in the water giving you encouragement and guidance. Beginer class
is an ideal family activity for ages 8 and up. Younger students 6 and
up must have a private lesson.*
Operates: Monday-Saturday 8:00am, 10:00am and 12:00pm.
Departure Point: Kalama Park on Kihei Road look for
the Maui Sports Unlimited Van near the Whale Statue.
Duration: 2 hours
Equipment: Soft Top Boards, reef shoes and lycra shirt.

Description: "Stand Up” (SUP) has become a very
popular modern surfing style. We use large stable boards and long paddles
for power. SUP surfing is easier than regular surfing and anyone can
do it. We start out learning the basics in calmer water. So no surfing
experience required. You will love this surfing style. Our experienced
instructor/watermen will take you through the basics in a 90 minute
beginner lesson or may take you for a downwind coast run. Specialized
boards and paddles are provided. This class is suitable for all ages,
and no experience is required. *
Operates: Lessons mornings only, located in Kihei.
Departure Point: Kihei or the North Short depending
on weather conditions.
