Description: 'Stand Up (SUP) has become a very popular modern surfing style. We use large stable boards and long paddles for power. SUP surfing is easier than regular surfing and anyone can do it. Start out learning the basics in calmer water. No surfing experience is required. You will love this surfing style. Our experienced instructor/watermen will take you through the basics in a 90 minute beginner lesson or may take you for a downwind coast run. Specialized boards and paddles are provided. This class is suitable for all ages, and no experience is required.*
