The bird watching tour we offer on Oahu is not specifically for bird watching alone but is a tour that we often see rare birds on. The Crimson Apapane is often seen on these tours that visit the rain forest in the mountains way above Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. This is an area you will see many of the indigenous plants of old Hawaii in addition to rare birds which may also include the Yellow-Green Amakihi. You will be walking a good four of five miles so make certain you have comfortable walking shoes. This is an amazing hike that takes you far away from the concrete and city streets of the big cities on Oahu.
