My wife and I would like to swim with the dolphins on Kauai on our upcoming visit. Which company would you recommend we go with?

Actually there are no companies on Kauai that will guarantee that you will swim with dolphins. Although there are plenty of dolphin sightings on most of the sea-going tours there are none (unlike on Oahu and the Big Island) that specialize in getting into the water with them to swim. Keep in mind that this can and does happen on occasion but it is more of a lucky circumstance than an actual planned event.
