Tom’s Tips – Battleship Missouri Tours

The Battle Ship Missouri Tours are not a stand alone event. Since the Missouri is located in Pearl Harbor, virtually every one of the tours that offer it will be offering it as a part of a larger tour to Pearl Harbor itself. You can take a tour to Pearl Harbor and visit the Arizona Memorial and the visitor center and not have your tour include the USS Missouri, but it will not be able to happen the other way around. That being said, if you are taking the time to visit Pearl Harbor, why wouldn’t you take the time to check out the USS Missouri as well because it is right there. And it is so interesting. If you’ve never been in the Navy, and you’ve never been aboard a giant ship like this before, you will find it very interesting to tour about the ship and get a feeling about what life is like for those who spend weeks and months at sea in one of these amazing vessels.
