What is the best time of day to do a Maui kayak adventure?

This is an easy one. The best time of day to do a kayak tour on Maui is the earlier the better. First thing in the morning. Even if it takes you an hour to get to the departure point, if you plan to go kayaking on Maui, you need to get up early and get out on the water!
